When do I book my appointment?
Book your Truly appointment within 4 weeks of your first humm payment.
What happens if I can’t pay on time?
humm tries the payment again. If that also fails, the missed amount is added to your next payment. Missed payments may incur fees, and unpaid debts may be passed to debt collection.
How do I pay with humm in clinic?
Get your humm approval first, then tell your coordinator you’d like to pay with humm. Have your phone ready for your humm acceptance code. You can use your full approval or pay part with humm.
Can I pay off my plan sooner?
Yes. You can make extra payments at any time to finish early.
Is humm interest-free?
No. humm is a credit provider and costs apply. Our own 3-month plan is interest-free. Your coordinator shows you both options with the total you’ll pay.
Can I still claim tax relief?
Yes. In Ireland you can claim 20% back on non-routine treatment through Revenue, however you pay. Keep your Med 2 form from us.
