Questions

Good to know

What is it like to work at Truly?

The professionalism of a growing dental group with the warmth of a clinic where everyone knows your name. Premium without being corporate.

Is there career progression?

Yes. Internal promotion is common: many of our head nurses and senior coordinators started in entry-level roles, and we support CPD for everyone.

Are there training opportunities?

Yes. We support CPD, give access to clinical mentors across the group and run internal training programmes.

Can I move between Truly clinics?

We actively encourage it. Several team members have moved between Ireland and UK clinics, and we help make it smooth.
